During the summer of 2024, I worked as a student researcher at Bank Delen (a private bank) for six weeks. During this period, I contributed to a user research project focused on an internal platform used across multiple roles within the organisation.

The platform, Connect Home, serves as the starting point for many daily tasks and workflows for different job profiles, each with distinct needs, behaviours and expectations. My role involved participating in the research process to better understand how these diverse users interact with the platform and how it could be improved to support their work more effectively.
